The Pivot Group Network is actively sourcing CMM Programmers for Lansing-area manufacturers. Roles focus on writing and editing CMM programs, setting up inspections, and ensuring dimensional accuracy through detailed measurement plans.

You’ll work with machinists and engineers to resolve quality issues while maintaining calibration records. Candidates typically have a high school diploma or technical certification, familiarity with GD&T, and experience with PC-DMIS or Calypso.

• Document inspection results and generate reports for quality team.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve quality problems.
• Follow safety and quality standards in all tasks.
• Write and edit CMM programs for new and existing parts.
• Set up and run CMM inspections to verify dimensions.
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to create measurement plans.
• Troubleshoot measurement issues and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure equipment is working properly.
