Qualifications

• Ability to work in both lab and shop settings.

Responsibilities

• Program and prove out CMM inspection routines using PC-DMIS.
• Conduct in-depth part layouts and dimensional analyses.
• Support first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Collaborate with machinists and operators to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with documentation including ballooned drawings, inspection sheets, SPC charts, and more.
• Participate in internal quality audits and maintain gage calibration records.
