Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, machining, quality inspection, or a related hands-on trade.
• Experience with CMMs, GD&T, Zeiss Calypso, FARO, or other metrology equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMM equipment to inspect precision components
• Read engineering drawings and verify parts meet specifications
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect and validate parts
• Document inspection results and identify quality concerns
• Work with machinists, engineers, and the Quality team to solve problems
• Help improve inspection processes and product quality
• Learn new equipment, software, and advanced inspection techniques as you grow
