Job summary

KBR Government Solutions seeks a CMM Programmer to support the Metrology Program, calibrating IMTE and guiding technician workflow. You will inspect fixtures and tooling with CMM, create and update CMM programs, and ensure measurements meet tight tolerances.

Qualifications include CMM programming experience, GD&T knowledge, and familiarity with Cal QC, Minitab, and GOM software. U.S. citizenship is required due to client requirements.

Qualifications

• Coordinate Measuring Machine programming experience/certification.
• Familiar with Y14 GD&T specifications.
• Competency with Cal QC, Minitab and GOM software a plus.
• Expertise in dimensional and physical calibration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the Metrology Program calibrating IMTE and guiding workflow.
• Inspect fixtures and tooling using CMM; develop new CMM programs as needed.
• Revise and troubleshoot existing CMM programs and perform routine maintenance.
• Coordinate with external vendors for CMM maintenance and calibration.
• Plan testing sequences and calibration procedures from blueprints and manuals.
• Set up standard lab equipment to test and calibrate instruments.
