Job summary

3-Dimensional Services Group is seeking an experienced CMM operator/programmer with PC-DMIS experience for 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm).

Overtime should be expected. Job duties include holding fixtures to specifications, programming CMMs, and generating required documentation for product submissions. Candidates must read blueprints, understand GD&T, and be proficient with precision hand tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• PC-DMIS software experience required.
• 2+ years work experience preferred.
• Ability to program and operate CMM with PC-DMIS software.
• Proficient in precision hand tools (micrometer, caliper, height gage).
• Able to read and interpret engineered drawings.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMM with PC-DMIS.
• Identify product deviations and relay information to correct.
• Generate first article and final documentation for product submission.
• Perform in-process inspections with hand tools.
• Adjust processes to improve product condition.
• Interpret GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Log job time daily and follow PPE/safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
