Job summary

3-Dimensional Services Group is seeking an experienced CMM operator/programmer on 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) in Michigan. Overtime is expected. You will program and operate a CMM using PC-DMIS and generate documentation for first article and final submissions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of CMM experience, strong GD&T blueprint interpretation, and the ability to work independently or in a team while adhering to safety and PPE policies.

Qualifications

• PC-DMIS software experience required.
• 2+ years of CMM experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints with GD&T.
• Program and operate CMM to hold parts to specifications.
• Generate first article and final documentation for submissions.
• Perform in-process inspections using hand tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMM with PC-DMIS.
• Hold fixtures/parts to drawings and specs.
• Create necessary documentation for quality submissions.
• Conduct in-process inspections and identify deviations.
• Make process adjustments to improve part condition.
• Log job time daily and follow PPE and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
