Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience programming Zeiss CMMs in a machining environment.
• Zeiss Calypso programming experience is required.
• Ability to use and interpret basic measuring tools (weight gauge, micrometer, caliper, gauge blocks, thread gauges).
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional interaction with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop CMM programs using CAD-based models or virtual offline software.
• Review customer drawings for GD&T errors and provide feedback.
• Analyze drawings and tolerances to generate CMM programs; ensure accuracy before production release.
