Job summary

Hanwha Aerospace USA seeks a CMM Programmer with strong GD&T skills and deep understanding of technical drawings. You will join a dedicated CMM programming team to create and troubleshoot offline measurement programs and support CMM maintenance.

Requires 3+ years in vision-system programming and aerospace layout, plus experience with PC-DMIS, Calypso or Modus. ITAR compliance and US work eligibility are mandatory.

Qualifications

• U.S. person for ITAR-controlled data.
• 3+ years programming vision systems and aerospace layout.
• 3+ years with PC-DMIS, Calypso and/or Modus.
• High School Degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create offline measurement programs that satisfy specs.
• Edit and troubleshoot existing measurement programs.
• Maintain an established software control system with revision controls.
• Follow and assist with the measurement program approval procedure.
• Create work/setup instructions and train CMM operators.
• Support Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) maintenance.
• Perform other related duties as required.
