Job summary

ARCH Global Holdings LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer/Inspector to develop, validate, and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS. You will support inspectors, engineers, and production personnel to ensure parts meet customer specifications, create setup instructions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year experience with CMM programming, knowledge of GD&T, and AS9100/ISO 9001 familiarity.

Qualifications

1+ year of CMM programming experience preferred (PC-DMIS).
Strong GD&T knowledge and ability to interpret blueprints.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100 and quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, validate and maintain CMM programs.
Create setup instructions for part and machine-specific programs.
Provide technical assistance to Production, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality.
Prepare inspection plans and QC reports.
Interpret CMM reports to verify conformance to prints and specs.
Lead calibration oversight and support FAI/in-process inspections.
