Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of CMM programming experience.
• Minimum five years interpreting complex GD&T requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced knowledge of PC-DMIS software.
• Experience with Aerospace Machining and Inspection.
• First Article Inspection requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, validate, and maintain CMM programs for production and first article inspections.
• Program and operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS Software.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Apply advanced GD&T principles per ASME Y14.5.
• Support First Article Inspections per AS9102.
• Troubleshoot dimensional issues and support root cause investigations.
• Develop inspection methods and optimize measurement strategies to improve throughput and repeatability.
• Assist with gauge validation and measurement system studies.
• Provide technical support and training for inspectors and manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements.
