  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 or similar standards preferred.
  • Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Create, modify, and optimize CMM inspection programs using ZEISS Calypso.
  • Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Set up and operate CMMs.
  • Interpret drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
  • Analyze inspection data and generate reports.
  • Troubleshoot programs and equipment to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Maintain revision-controlled inspection documentation.
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Perform routine CMM maintenance and calibration verification.

Job Duties
  • Create, modify, and optimize CMM inspection programs using ZEISS Calypso
  • Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured components
  • Set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs)
  • Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
  • Analyze inspection data and generate detailed measurement reports
  • Troubleshoot CMM programs and equipment to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to resolve quality concerns
  • Maintain revision-controlled inspection documentation
  • Support root cause investigations and corrective actions for dimensional nonconformance
  • Perform routine CMM maintenance and calibration verification
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around machining equipment throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, tooling, and components weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely operate CNC machinery and precision measuring equipment.
  • Ability to work safely around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
