Job Details

Responsibilities

• Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, pins, height stands on surface plates, vision systems, and manual or programmable CMMs
• Program and run advanced CMM programs
• Utilize control plans and inspection instructions to evaluate product for conformity
• Prepare inspection reports and certification packages per customer requirements
• Document results in a clear and concise manner
• Perform basic to advanced inspection tests
• Perform basic to advanced assembly tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-year tech degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in tight tolerance manufacturing environment
• High precision machining experience
• Experience working in a tight tolerance environment
• GD&T knowledge required, certificate preferred
