Qualifications

• Two or more years of dimensional inspection experience with hands-on CMM operation.
• Practical PC-DMIS experience to load/run programs and interpret results.
• Ability to read drawings and apply GD&T per ASME Y14.5.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CMM using PC-DMIS; run programs and generate reports.
• Verify part identity, revisions, fixturing, and alignment before results.
• Perform FAI, in-process, final and receiving inspections as assigned.
• Read engineering drawings and GD&T; apply datum references and tolerances.
• Document results and maintain traceability to parts and equipment.
• Identify nonconformities and escalate to Quality and Production.
• Support AS9102 FAI documentation when required.
• Maintain calibration status and clean/inspect equipment.
• Assist root cause investigations and process improvements.
