Job summary

Real Estate Education Rocks seeks a skilled CMM Operator to set up and run CMMs using Metrolog X4 and Polyworks. You will ensure programs run correctly, calibrate equipment, and perform dimensional layouts and capability studies for PPAP submissions.

The role involves working with automotive manufacturing cues, completing inspections, and supporting cross‑department projects. This is a full-time in-person position with periodic travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing Experience (Automotive Preferred).
• Minimum of one year of CMM operation or familiarity.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a College or University preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly Setup and run CMM using Metrolog X4 Software.
• Ensure programs are running properly and perform minor adjustments.
• Perform maintenance of inspection equipment, including calibration.
• Monitor CMM Room conditions and maintain environment.
• Operate Faro/Romer Arm CMM using Polyworks Software.
• Conduct dimensional layouts and capability studies for PPAP submissions.
• Support special projects with various departments using the CMM.
