Zenix Aerospace AMT/Damar is seeking a skilled CMM Inspector to lead quality inspection of machined and sheet metal components and verify conformance to drawings and specifications. You will create and edit CMM programs, interpret results, and train other inspectors in a regulated aerospace setting.
The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication as you support investigations, CAPA, and supplier quality activities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Our experience and capabilities span multiple segments of an aircraft, including the engine pylon, struts, wing box, wings, wheel well, and the interior. The CMM Inspector position offers Level 1 - Journey Lvl. Wage scale provided reflects level 2 - 3.
The Quality Assurance - CMM Inspector 3 inspects machined components, sheet metal components, purchased products and standards, raw materials, assembled products and outside processing for conformance to engineering drawings and specifications. The QA- CMM Inspector 3 provides leadership and training for other CMM Inspectors.

The work environment of this position is generally indoors in a well lit and ventilated area. This position works in a manufacturing environment throughout the workday. This environment may include exposure to noise, dust, fumes and vapor from coolant, etc. Individuals must stand for much of the workday. Work activities involve combinations of standing, sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, lifting and carrying. Work requires the ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and correctable vision to 20/25, or as per customer requirements. $25.00 per hour to $37.50 per hour
M-TH, 4:00pm - 2:30am (see below for shift differential pay)
Fri/Sat/Sun, 4:30am - 5:00pm (see below for shift premium and shift differential pay)
