Job summary

Utah Valley University seeks a Program Coordinator for the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program to connect graduate students, faculty, and community partners. You will guide admissions, support clinical placements, and mentor students through their academic and clinical paths.

You will organize events, build partnerships with community organizations, and help ensure accreditation standards are met while contributing to a collaborative, student-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of related experience, or six years total education/experience.
• Knowledge of CMHC or behavioral health field.
• Strong organizational and computer skills, including Google Drive/Docs/Sheets and Qualtrics.
• Experience advising and mentoring graduate students is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide admissions process for CMHC program and support clinical placement activities.
• Mentor students as they progress through academic and clinical experiences.
• Organize events and initiatives to enrich the student experience and foster community partnerships.
• Assist with recruitment and retention efforts and coordinate graduation activities.
