Job summary

Stryker Group in Edison, New Jersey, is seeking a CMF Sales Representative to promote and sell Craniomaxillofacial products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical or B2B sales, and will excel in providing exceptional customer service.

This position requires strategic thinking, product knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups. Compensation is 100% commission, with eligibility for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outside sales (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically promote and sell Stryker Craniomaxillofacial products.
• Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings.
• Manage territory progress and communicate wins proactively.
• Provide excellent customer service and product problem-solving.
