Job summary

Stryker's Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) Sales Representative role invites a dynamic outside-sales professional to promote and sell CMF products to hospitals and ORs. You will conduct product evaluations, demonstrate value, and drive territory growth, working closely with clinicians and regional management to exceed targets.

Candidates should have 5+ years in outside medical sales or a related field, a Bachelor’s degree, 20% travel readiness, and strong interpersonal skills to build connections,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields or B2B sales preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell CMF products to meet customer needs in OR and office settings.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrate value to clinicians and staff.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to Regional Manager; push to exceed goals.
• Provide excellent service and assist customers with proper use and maintenance of products.
