Job summary

Stryker's Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) team is looking for a highly driven Sales Representative to promote CMF products in OR and office settings. You will conduct product evaluations, demonstrate value, and manage territory progress while communicating wins to leadership.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in outside sales (medical or B2B preferred) and a Bachelor’s degree. The role involves travel and a fast-paced, results-driven environment with commission-based pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University (with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell CMF products to meet customers’ needs in OR and office settings.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrate value of products.
• Track territory progress and communicate wins to Regional Manager.
• Solve product problems and educate doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance.
