Job summary

Stryker is hiring an Associate Sales Representative in Cincinnati to begin a career in medical device sales. You will work with an experienced Sales Representative to support customer accounts, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to territory growth across diverse settings.

The role involves product training, education for clinicians, and collaboration to identify opportunities while traveling throughout the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory including but not limited to customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role.
• Experience in leadership activities or athletics can count toward qualifications.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, or B2B sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across the assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across OR, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to ensure proper product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
