Job summary

Binaytara seeks an Assistant Director of Education Programs to lead the CME operations, ensuring quality and compliance across live, virtual, and enduring activities. You will supervise staff, coordinate accreditation processes, and translate priorities into efficient workflows.

Reporting to the Director of Education, you’ll drive improvements, manage timelines, and collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality educational programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Progressive experience in continuing medical education and program management.
• Experience coordinating multiple programs with competing deadlines.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical operational processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of accredited and non-accredited CME activities.
• Coordinate workflows across CME lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met.
• Supervise CME staff and manage workloads with leadership direction.
• Develop quality-control processes and standard operating procedures.
• Support attendance records, learner documentation, and reporting.
