Job summary

Research To Practice (RTP) seeks an experienced CME program lead to develop and oversee oncology and hematology CME programs. You will collaborate with Dr. Neil Love and our scientific team to design gaps analyses, agendas, objectives, and outcomes plans, while ensuring content accuracy and ACCME compliance.

You will manage live elements, select faculty, coordinate on-site activities, and craft slide sets. Travel up to five times annually to major conferences is expected, with responsibility for

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MS).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in medical communications, CME, or related field.
• Expertise in clinical oncology and ability to interpret complex clinical data.
• Experience conducting needs assessments and developing learning objectives.
• Strong understanding of ACCME standards, FDA regulations, and PhRMA code.
• Ability to travel approximately 5 times per year to major scientific conferences

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Dr. Neil Love and the RTP scientific team to develop CME programs covering oncology and hematology topics
• Independently design and execute CME program elements including gap analysis, agendas, learning objectives, and outcomes plans
• Write and review content for educational materials ensuring accuracy, balance, and ACCME compliance
• Manage live program elements including faculty selection, on-site interfacing, and slide set development
• Analyze assessment data and prepare outcome presentations for executive leadership
• Manage 1-2 junior level scientific staff
