Job summary

MJH Life Sciences is seeking an Associate Medical Director to develop CME/CE-certified oncology content, write and edit materials, and oversee conferences. This role supports physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals while ensuring high-quality medical education.

You will collaborate across teams, maintain ACCME compliance, and leverage AI tools to improve speed and accuracy while preserving independent, balanced content. Occasional travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain expertise in oncology and related clinical issues.
• Plan, write, edit, and review CME/CE activities for live and online programs.
• Lead conferences with minimal supervision and manage multiple deliverables.
• Write, edit, review grant proposals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite; PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in oncology, guidelines, and trials.
• Plan, write, edit, and review text-based and multimedia CME/CE activities.
• Lead core conferences with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate on grant proposals and ensure ACCME compliance.
• Use AI tools to improve literature review, drafting, data synthesis, and quality checks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and accuracy.
• Travel 15-20% for on-site execution of educational activities.
