Job summary

SAIC seeks a CMCC System Facilitator to deliver operator training, lead train-the-trainer programs, and support CMCC integration testing and readiness activities at Beale AFB. You will work with operators, CPs, and government teams to ensure effective use of OmniView and CMCC workflows.

Responsibilities include updating training materials, capturing user feedback, and coordinating with engineering to drive improvements across releases.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent with 9 years related experience.
• High school diploma with 11 years related experience and certification.
• Experience training operators in C2ISR or similar mission operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operator training on OmniView and CMCC workflows.
• Lead train-the-trainer programs for operational squadrons and distributed units.
• Maintain and update operator materials—quick-start guides, reference cards, release notes.
• Capture operator feedback during daily operations and route actionable insights through WLT to engineering.
