Job summary

Client First Technologies seeks an MCIS Systems Integration Engineer to support simulated training at Fort Polk, BMTC. You will handle system integration, administration and security for back-end items and exercise IS devices, ensuring reliable IT support for training events.

You will lead two MCIS Administrators, work with simulation suites and RMF/cyber defense tasks, and collaborate with units and training teams to maintain mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Provide system integration, administration and security technical support for training events and exercise back-end user items associated with simulation systems and MCIS, and/or exercise Information System (IS) devices
• Experienced with JLCCTC-MRF-B simulation suite and prepared to learn NGC2/NGC when released to the army
• Assist units and components during exercises
• Troubleshoot MCIS and related system software issues
• Manage MCIS and related systems
• Provide IT technical support for the MTC, its training teams and units
• Supervise two MCIS Systems Administrators with Integration tasks
• Cross train to perform RMF and network boundary cyber defense tasks

Responsibilities

• Provide system integration, administration and security support during training events and exercise back-end items.
• Operate and maintain MCIS and associated simulation systems.
• Coordinate with training units and functional teams for IT support during missions.
• Lead two junior MCIS Administrators and contribute to cyber defense tasks.
