• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and roadmaps.

• Establish governance, meeting structures, and escalation pathways.
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders to ensure timely commitments.
• Maintain scope and manage changes through governance and change control.
• Ensure objectives align with broader business priorities.
