Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in coordination with consultants, contractors, and PMO staff. The role requires developing schedules, maintaining PMO artifacts, and ensuring compliance with project management guidelines.

The position is hybrid with in-office work Tue–Thu, and is a 6-month term with potential extension based on performance. The candidate will manage meetings, document minutes, and report on project performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 recent years of project development and oversight experience in transportation, utilities, and financial systems.
• Knowledge of project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc.
• Knowledge of both waterfall and agile project delivery methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ITRCC safety culture and complete required trainings.
• Coordinate multiple projects and prepare meeting minutes.
• Develop work breakdown structures and executable tasks.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and PMO artifacts.
