Job summary

The role will partner with CMC and program stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable execution plans and maintain high-quality project plans, dashboards, milestone trackers, and risk logs. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Vice President, Portfolio and Alliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/tech/business required; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in CMC or pharmaceutical development helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage budgets and integrated CMC execution plans.
• Lead cross-functional CMC activities across molecules.
• Develop and maintain PM tools, dashboards, logs.
• Drive governance via meeting management and decisions.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate.
• Improve PM processes with scalable tools and automation.
