Job summary

Qualifications

• Cp/Cpk/SPC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support plant safety policies and ensure a safe working environment.
• Improve Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost metrics in assigned area.
• Lead improvement projects from concept to sustainment.
• Execute APQP for responsible processes.
• Drive cycle time reductions and efficiency improvements.
• Lead production support for low and full-rate manufacturing.
• Implement equipment, tooling and fixtures for development and process improvements.
• Create and adhere to project schedules to meet business targets.
• Listen to floor issues, identify root causes and implement countermeasures.
• Manage projects related to product industrialization.
• Hands-on problem solving and investigation.
