Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Process Engineer to advance non-conventional machining processes (lasers and EDMs) for Ceramic Matrix Composite parts. You will lead improvement projects, provide shop floor support, and drive efficiencies across the assigned product line.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, delivery, cost, and hands-on problem solving with limited remote work and some travel. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in manufacturing operations or related field.
• Experience with Cp/Cpk/SPC and lean principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Support plant safety policies.
• Improve Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost across the line.
• Lead improvement projects from concept to completion and ensure sustainment.
• APQP for responsible processes.
