The role leads a team focused on CRE CLOs, transaction analysis, and market research to support ratings and guidance for investors and market participants. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in CRE underwriting or related fields, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to present findings to senior committees and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred in finance or real estate.
• 12+ years of CRE underwriting, valuation, or related experience.
• Strong leadership with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills, including clear, persuasive writing.

Aufgaben

• Analyze CRE CLOs including transaction analysis and market research.
• Manage a team of analysts across the U.S. and Canada.
• Oversee property cash flow underwriting and valuations.
• Lead quantitative analyses of property and loan-level trends.
• Present complex rating conclusions to senior committees and stakeholders.
• Publish comprehensive transaction reports and research publications.
• Lead external meetings discussing rated transactions and market trends.
