Fitch Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Global CMBS team in New York or Chicago. You will guide credit analysis, supervise a team of analysts, and shape criteria for CRE CLOs across the U.S. and Canada.

You’ll drive underwriting rigor, publish transaction reports, and present conclusions to senior committees while collaborating with market participants to support Fitch’s opinions and market guidance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred in finance or real estate.
• 12+ years in CRE underwriting, valuation, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.

• Analyze CRE properties and loan structures in the U.S. and Canada.
• Oversee and enhance property cash flow underwriting and valuations.
• Present complex rating conclusions to senior committees and stakeholders.
• Drive publication of transaction reports, rating commentaries and research.
• Lead external meetings discussing rated transactions and market trends.
