Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York is seeking an Analyst to join the CMBS Capital Markets team within SPG.

You will help originate and securitize CRE loans, interact with origination, trading desks, rating agencies, and investors, and contribute to primary issuance efforts. The role exposes you to fixed and floating rate CMBS, SASB deals, and CLOs, with opportunities to work on bespoke securitizations and engage multiple clients across the real estate finance spectrum.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in structured finance (MBS/CMBS transactions)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance-related fields (Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Strong finance principles, business operations, and mathematical/statistical modeling

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with origination teams, CMBS trading desk, external counsel, rating agencies, accountants and investors to manage securitization
