UW School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison is seeking a CMARP Research Operations Coordinator to support multiple laboratories and investigators. The role acts as the operational backbone—handling lab operations, purchasing, equipment management, regulatory compliance, student supervision, and admin support to enable innovative research in cardiovascular health.

The position is 80%–100% time, onsite at a designated campus location, with the starting salary around $50,000 annually,

Competenze

• Previous wet lab experience.
• Experience in laboratory operations and management.
• Experience providing administrative support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Identify program needs and coordinate workflows, logistics, and resources for meetings, events, and interviews.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more academic programs and resolve issues to meet unit goals.
• Coordinate program components and evaluate effectiveness with recommendations for improvement.
• Apply independent judgement for development, implementation, promotion, and evaluation of programs or events.
