Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Support the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
Assist residents in activities of daily living.
Implement residents' personal care plans.
Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
Work with the clinical team to ensure residents' needs are met.
Administer medication to residents.
