• Update service profiles to accommodate scheduling needs; answer calls and perform clerical duties.
• Pre-register patients at scheduling; triage per protocol and ensure follow-up as directed by care plan.
• Annual CPR certification and adherence to clinical protocols reviewed by supervising RN.
