Job summary

Rockhill Women's Care in the Kansas City area is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will join a physician-owned OB/GYN practice providing compassionate care and a welcoming team environment.

You will greet patients, assist clinicians, manage vitals, prepare rooms, document in the EMR, and help maintain a clean, compliant clinical setting. Strong communication and bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant preferred; OB/GYN experience is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in person and by phone with professionalism and compassion.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for visits and procedures.
• Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and verify visit information.
• Assist providers during exams and minor office procedures.
• Prepare and process laboratory specimens.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Process prescription refill requests per provider instructions.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Accurately document information within the electronic medical record system.
• Maintain exam room and medical supply inventory.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
• Support coworkers and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Overland Park / Leawood - on the campus of Menorah Medical Center
• Lee's Summit - on the campus of Saint Luke's East Hospital

Position Details

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday
• Excellent Benefits Package
• Starting Wage: $17.50–$20.00/hour
• Pay based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do

Patient Care & Support
