The Center at Lincoln in Parker, CO is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our skilled nursing team. This role supports residents with direct care, medication administration, and ADL assistance in a hospital-grade, hotel-like setting.

Qualifications

• Must be certified CMA per state requirements.
• Experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to follow federal/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares rooms for new admissions and welcome packets.
• Greets new admissions and makes them and their families feel welcome and comfortable.
• Maintains clear communication with staff and care team, verbally and in writing.
• Takes vitals and records them according to protocol.
• Administers medications and treatments as scope of practice.
• Keeps resident rooms tidy and free of clutter.
• Ch().arts notes and documents care accurately.
