Job summary

The Center at Lincoln is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our nursing team in Parker, CO. We offer full-time and part-time roles with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, administering medications, assisting with ADLs, charting, and communicating effectively with the care team to ensure quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold CMA certification and be able to administer medications per state/federal standards.
• Experience with resident ADLs and basic nursing tasks is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork with care staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Takes vital signs and records them per protocol.
• Charts notes and documents care provided to residents.
• Passes medications and administers services within scope of practice.
• Communicates with care team verbally and in writing.
• Greets admissions and prepares welcome packets.
• Maintains room cleanliness and helps residents with ADLs.
