Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program or Practical Nursing program.
• Minimum of 160 hours of direct patient care experience as MA/LPN.
• Current clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse is preferred.
• Knowledge of principles and skills needed for practical nursing or medical assisting.
• Familiarity with medical equipment, instruments, and EMR systems.
• Awareness of common safety hazards and precautions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under stressful or emergency situations.
• Capacity to prioritize work and meet changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with computer, phone, and office equipment.
