Duly Health and Care in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for Internal Medicine. You will greet patients, assist with registration, take vital signs, and record health histories to support physicians during visits.

The role is full-time with varying hours and occasional travel to nearby clinics. Certification as MA/CMA is preferred; Epic EMR experience is a plus, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant program or health sciences coursework.
• Active MA certifications (AMT/NCCT/NHA/ARMA/AAMA) preferred for some specialties.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience as MA/CMA/CNA/EMT or similar in a medical office.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and assist with registration and scheduling.
• Measure vital signs and collect health history.
• Support physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Assist with immunizations or injections.
• Process prescriptions and coordinate with pharmacies.
• Perform onsite lab tests (EKG, PFT, glucose, urine pregnancy).
