Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
• Associates of Arts (AA) degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in administrative procedures, record keeping, and form design.
• Knowledgeable in medical terminology and clinical workflows.
• Strong MS Office 365 skills and ability to learn in-house software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a polite and respectful manner.
• Answer and route telephone calls; take messages and manage messages.
• Verify identities; issue temporary badges and sign-in visitors.
• Assist patients with documentation and admissions packets.
• Schedule appointments and collect necessary documents for processing.
• Maintain census and daily logs; communicate with team and update records.
