• Expertise in patient advocacy and navigating complex systems.

• Clear communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with computers and basic software.

Responsabilidades

• Perform clinical intake including screenings, history, vital signs, and medication reconciliation.
• Assist with minor procedures and document results.
• Educate patients on tests, medications, and diet with clear instructions.
• Ensure efficient office flow by preparing patients and equipment for treatment.
• Maintain OSHA and safety compliance and confidentiality of information.
• Support staff and patients, answer questions, and help with documentation as needed.
• Monitor inventory and ensure supplies and equipment are ready for use.
