Job summary

You will teach medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, patient care, and clinical procedures while guiding students toward industry‑recognized CMA certification and employment readiness. Qualifications

• Experience teaching or training in healthcare fields.
• Must be certified, licensed, or accredited in the state of the Center.
• Solid knowledge of CMA practices, terminology, and industry standards.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurability compliance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality classroom, laboratory, and hands‑on CMA instruction.
• Prepare students for CMA program completion and certifications.
• Deliver lessons on medical terminology, anatomy, patient care, and safety.
• Offer individualized support to promote student progress and success.
• Ensure center safety, cleanliness, and adherence to dress and professional standards.
• Mentor students and monitor progress, addressing barriers to completion.
• Coordinate with Center staff to deliver comprehensive services.
