This role emphasizes patient-centered care, accurate specimen collection, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure timely, quality care. Applicants should have a High School diploma and 2+ years of related experience, plus BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Monitors physician schedules and organizes patient care to ensure timely visits.
• Rooms patients, takes vital signs, documents visit reasons, patient history and allergies per nursing protocols.
• Assists physicians with examinations and procedures, maintaining open communication for quality care.
• Provides direct patient care and leads front-line staff in daily clinical operations.
• Delegates duties to staff and ensures adherence to clinic quality, regulatory, billing and customer service standards.
• Acts as the daily clinic operations point of contact and escalates issues as needed.
• Supports relationship-based care and collaborates with teams to maintain high standards.
