Responsabilités

• Handle patient intake, update medical records, and administer screening tools.
• Record medical information and test results, interview patients, take vital signs, collect specimens, and administer medications under supervision.
• Assist with walk-in and scheduled visits; verify and record clinical data and ensure quality standards.
• Monitor environment for accreditation readiness and evaluate practice schedules for updates.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the certified medical assistant scope of practice and holistic patient-centered care.
• Guide patients through the health care system and help them arrive at appointments on time.
• Provide emotional support related to the patient's clinical situation per the care plan.
• Assist with referrals to appropriate specialists for diagnosis or treatment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
