Job summary

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking a licensed CMA for a 13-week travel assignment in Newport, NH. The position runs weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential extended hours on some days. Travelers must have CMA certification and at least 2 years of clinic experience, plus current BLS.

EMR used is EPIC. A non-taxed weekly stipend is offered, and accommodations are the responsibility of the traveler. Start date: 10/19/2026; location Newport Health Center Rehab Clinic; vehicle required.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 2+ years CMA experience in a clinic setting.
• Certified Medical Assistant is required; NCCT not accepted.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Must have National CMA Certification (NCCT not accepted).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Taking and recording vital signs and patient histories.
• Administering medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
• Preparing examination rooms and sterilizing instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Must have a minimum 2+ years CMA experience in Clinic Setting
• MUST be a CERTIFIED Medical Assistant (NCCT not accepted)
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Assignment is at Newport Health Center Rehab Clinic
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
• Experience in basic office skills is required, data entry skills preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows based PC applications is required.
• Experience in surgical scheduling, procedures, etc. is preferred.
• Knowledge of community services.
• Must have National CMA Certification (NCCT not accepted)
• Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
• Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills , professionalism, and reliability
• Must be able to work independently/hit the ground running
