Pilot Butte Rehab Center in Bend, OR is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to provide individualized attention, assist with medication administration, and monitor residents' well-being under the direction of nursing leadership.

You will perform vital signs, document care, and support residents with daily activities while following safety and infection control procedures. CPR/BLS certification is encouraged.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess CMA certification in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS card is encouraged.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Follow prescribed safety and infection control procedures.
• Demonstrate compassion and interaction with residents.

Aufgaben

• Ensure proper dosage/distribution and instruct residents on medication per physician directions.
• Take vital signs, monitor weights, apply creams, collect specimens, and assist with mobility.
• Attend to residents' needs including grooming, hygiene, feeding, and toileting.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to care planning staff.
• Document care in accordance with department policies.
