Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates seeks a versatile Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our outpatient clinic in Maple Grove, MN. You will manage patient flow, perform rooming, administer meds, and assist providers under supervision.

This role covers immunizations, phlebotomy, basic labs, triage calls, front desk support, and coordination of care. Strong teamwork and patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is Required.
• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES/CAAHEP) or RMA-accredited program with certification is Required.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is Required.
• Active state LPN License is Required for LPN candidates.
• Core competencies include adaptability across age groups, strong verbal and clinical communication, and collaborative patient-centered care.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, perform standard clinical intake, record vital signs, and update patient charts.
• Administer approved immunizations, injections, medications, and collect lab specimens; perform phlebotomy where needed.
• Handle triage calls, coordinate between patients and providers, and assist with prescription refills.

Job Title

Medical Assistant (MA) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Outpatient Clinic

Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile, customer-focused Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient clinical team. In this collaborative role, you will manage patient flow and assist providers in delivering compassionate, individualized care to patients across all age groups—from pediatric to geriatric care. Working under direct provider and supervisor guidance, you will perform clinical rooming, medication administration, laboratory specimen collection, and key administrative support tasks.

Compensation Details

• Medical Assistant Pay Range: $22.23 – $27.37 / hour (commensurate with years of experience).
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pay Range: $24.50 – $32.77 / hour (commensurate with experience).

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Flow & Clinical Intake: Greet patients, execute standard rooming processes, record vital signs, and update patient charts.
• Clinical Procedures & Care: Administer ordered immunizations, injections, and medications; perform laboratory specimen collection and phlebotomy (blood draws).
• Patient Communication & Support: Handle phone triage/support, facilitate communication between patients and providers, and assist with prescription refill requests.
• Administrative & Auxiliary Duties: Assist with front desk check-in, prior authorizations, ordering/stocking clinical supplies, and performing basic laboratory testing. (Optional: X-ray duties if certified/licensed as an X-ray operator).
