Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) for part-time evenings and per diem shifts in New Jersey. As a CMA, you will support residents with daily living, administer medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure compassionate, person-centered care, while maintaining safety and dignity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Current CMA certification for the state you work in.
• Current Medication Administration certification per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation

$26/hr per diem flat rate. Part-Time & Full-Time rate based on experience between $23 - $27 per hour.

Shift differential of $1.00 per hour for evenings & nights

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Current CMA certification for the state in which you are working
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CPR certification preferred.
